The residential condominium building consists of 54 two-bedroom units and 5 three-bedroom units, 20 of which are duplex penthouses. Each unit is equipped with T-1 high-speed Internet access, marble tiled baths and fully equipped modern kitchens with Nolte

cabinetry and granite countertops. Additionally, each unit has a balcony overlooking the canal and designated parking. In total, the project includes 143 secured parking spaces, of which 85 are covered, as well as landscaping along the canal’s towpath.
